The statutory warranty applies to all our products: 2 years for consumers in the event of a lack of conformity that existed at the time of delivery.

Belgium Sleep Systems provides 2-year product warranty on boxsprings, mattresses and accessories.

Not satisfied with your purchase? Contact us within the statutory period. We will look at the options for exchange or refund together with you.

What is not covered by the warranty?

  • Normal wear and ageing of materials;
  • Damage caused by improper use, accidents or insufficient maintenance;
  • Stains, moisture or fire damage;
  • Slight, normal body impressions in a mattress (this is inherent to the material).
