2. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to every quote, order and agreement between BSS and the customer, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Quotes and prices

All prices on this website are consumer prices including VAT, unless stated otherwise. Business customers receive a net price on request. Quotes are without obligation and valid for 30 days, unless stated otherwise.

4. Formation of the agreement

An agreement is concluded as soon as BSS confirms the order or the accepted quote in writing.

5. Delivery

Delivery and delivery times are described on our page Delivery. Stated lead times are indicative.

6. Payment

Invoices are payable according to the terms stated on the invoice. In the event of late payment, interest and fixed compensation may be charged by operation of law.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty applies to our products. You will find the specific terms and periods on our page Warranty.

8. Right of withdrawal

In distance selling, consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days. Custom-made products and products sealed for hygiene reasons whose seal has been broken are excluded from this right.

9. Liability

BSS is not liable for damage resulting from improper use or insufficient maintenance of the products supplied.

10. Applicable law

Belgian law applies to all agreements. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district in which BSS is established.
