Scope<\/h2>\n<p>These terms and conditions apply to every quote, order and agreement between BSS and the customer, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Quotes and prices<\/h2>\n<p>All prices on this website are consumer prices including VAT, unless stated otherwise. Business customers receive a net price on request. Quotes are without obligation and valid for 30 days, unless stated otherwise.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Formation of the agreement<\/h2>\n<p>An agreement is concluded as soon as BSS confirms the order or the accepted quote in writing.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Delivery<\/h2>\n<p>Delivery and delivery times are described on our page <a href=\"\/delivery\/\">Delivery<\/a>. Stated lead times are indicative.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Payment<\/h2>\n<p>Invoices are payable according to the terms stated on the invoice. In the event of late payment, interest and fixed compensation may be charged by operation of law.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Warranty<\/h2>\n<p>The statutory warranty applies to our products. You will find the specific terms and periods on our page <a href=\"\/warranty\/\">Warranty<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>In distance selling, consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days. Custom-made products and products sealed for hygiene reasons whose seal has been broken are excluded from this right.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Liability<\/h2>\n<p>BSS is not liable for damage resulting from improper use or insufficient maintenance of the products supplied.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Applicable law<\/h2>\n<p>Belgian law applies to all agreements.
