We only receive confirmation of the payment and limited transaction details; we do not store your full card or bank details.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Franchise application data:<\/strong> the information you submit through the franchise application form, such as your background, intended location, experience and motivation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Messages:<\/strong> the content of your questions via the contact form, e-mail or phone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>b) Data collected automatically<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Technical data:<\/strong> IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, language settings, pages visited, date and time of visit.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cookies and similar technologies:<\/strong> see article 10 and our Cookie Policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data (such as health data). How long we keep your data<\/h2>\n<p>We keep your data no longer than necessary for the purposes above:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contact requests and quote requests that do not lead to a contract: up to 3 years after our last contact.<\/li>\n<li>Customer, order and invoice data: for the duration of the business relationship and afterwards for as long as required by Belgian accounting and tax law (in principle 10 years).<\/li>\n<li>Customer account data: until you close your account or after 3 years of inactivity, without prejudice to the legal retention periods for invoices.<\/li>\n<li>Franchise applications: up to 12 months after the end of the application procedure if no agreement is concluded, unless you agree to a longer period.<\/li>\n<li>Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or object.<\/li>\n<li>Cookie data: see our Cookie Policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Who we share your data with<\/h2>\n<p>We never sell your personal data. We only share it where necessary with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>IT and hosting providers of our website and systems;<\/li>\n<li>e-mail and communication providers;<\/li>\n<li>payment service providers;<\/li>\n<li>transport and logistics partners, for the delivery of orders;<\/li>\n<li>our accountant, lawyers and other professional advisers;<\/li>\n<li>authorities, when we are legally required to do so.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Service providers acting on our behalf process your data only on our instructions and under a data processing agreement, and are bound by confidentiality and appropriate security measures.<\/p>\n<h2>7.
