The summer surface of the mattress features SensICE technology, which stores cold air from the environment within the fabric and provides a cooling and refreshing sensation when you lie on the mattress. It ensures a comfortable sleep during warm weather. You will immediately feel the coolness when you make contact with the surface of the mattress. In the winter surface, the wool-blended fabric provides a warm and uninterrupted sleep experience.
2 - Thermobonding Fiber
Thermobonding fibers retain heat effectively. With its moisture-repellent structure that doesn’t get easily wet, it reduces the discomfort caused by sweating and moisture in the bed.
3 - Comfort Foam
The high-density foam used inside the mattress supports the spine. Increasing the foam height further enhances comfort. The partially separated padding layer from the springs provides a softer surface feel due to the foam. Your mattress offers both the durability of the springs and the comfort of the foam layer.
4 - HyperSoft Extra Comfort Foam
HyperSoft foam is a special type of foam that is softer and more flexible than down feather foam. It easily adapts to the shape of the body. With the HyperSoft foam used in the quilt, the goal is to provide a soft touch and a velvety feel on your skin.

Return Policy
This return policy has been established by BAMBİ MOBİLYA VE YATAK SANAYİ AŞ, acting as the seller, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, to provide information regarding the return conditions of products purchased via www.bambi.com.tr and all related interactive applications and/or other online sales platforms. Products purchased in stores are not covered under this return policy.
I – PRODUCT DELIVERY
The ordered products will be delivered within the timeframe specified in the information form and on the order screen, and no later than 45 (forty-five) working days from the date of purchase. BAMBİ shall not be held responsible if the agreed products cannot be delivered within 45 (forty-five) working days due to force majeure (war, emergency, natural disasters, etc.), reasons arising from the transport/courier company, or third-party factors and agencies beyond BAMBİ’s control. In such cases, the BUYER has the right to cancel the order free of charge or request delivery of the product after the obstacle is removed. If the BUYER exercises the right of cancellation, the product price will be refunded within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the written cancellation notice to the BUYER.
BAMBİ is obligated to deliver the agreed product/products safely, completely, with the same specifications as the ordered product, including warranty certificate and user manual. The BUYER is required to check whether the delivered product matches the order and/or if it is damaged before assembly or installation takes place. If the BUYER finds that the delivered product is incorrect or damaged, this must be reported to BAMBİ immediately in writing, and the relevant product must be returned in unopened packaging within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date. Otherwise, it will be assumed that the BUYER and/or the person receiving the product has received the product undamaged and complete.
II – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN PROCESS
The BUYER can exercise the right of withdrawal without any reason within 14 (fourteen) days after the delivery of the agreed product/products.
The BUYER can notify the exercise of the right of withdrawal by registering via the phone number 0 850 808 40 35.
The products for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised will be picked up by BAMBİ from the delivery address of the BUYER. Products whose packaging has been opened, used, and/or damaged, even if the packaging has not been opened, will not be accepted for return, and in this case, the BUYER’s withdrawal request will be rejected.
BAMBİ is obligated to refund the price of the returned products within 14 (fourteen) days from the moment the withdrawal notice is received and accepted by the BUYER. Refunds by BAMBİ will be carried out in accordance with the payment method used by the BUYER. BAMBİ does not accept any responsibility under any circumstances for additional costs, deductions, installments, or durations applied by the payment methods, payment institutions, and/or banks, or for disputes arising between the BUYER and such institutions during the refund process.
The time it takes for the refunded amounts to be credited to the BUYER’s bank card/credit card may vary depending on the processes and procedures of the bank.
