The down feather foam used in the mattress provides support to the spine. The thick foam layer, partially separated from the springs, provides a softer lying feeling. The high-density felt, located above the spring layer, provides support to your body and prevents the mattress from collapsing.

8 - Pocketveer
The feathers are placed in individual bags, thus achieving sound insulation. In addition, the independently moving springs help distribute body pressure evenly across the mattress. RETURN EXCHANGE
Return Policy
This return policy is provided by BAMBİ MOBİLYA VE YATAK SANAYİ AŞ, acting as the seller, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 6502), and clarifies the return conditions for products purchased through www.bambi.com.tr and all related interactive applications and/or other online sales platforms. Products purchased in-store are not covered by this return policy.
I – PRODUCT DELIVERY
The ordered products will be delivered within the indicated time on the information form and order page, no later than 45 (forty-five) business days after the purchase date. If the delivery of the products is not possible within 45 (forty-five) business days due to force majeure (war, emergencies, natural disasters, etc.), transport/courier services, or third parties beyond BAMBİ’s control, BAMBİ will not be responsible. In this case, the buyer has the right to cancel the order free of charge or request the delivery of the product once the issue is resolved. If the buyer exercises the cancellation right, the product amount will be refunded to the buyer within 14 (fourteen) days after the written cancellation.
BAMBİ is obligated to deliver the products in good condition, complete, with the same specifications as ordered, along with the warranty certificate and user manual. The buyer is obligated to inspect the products at the time of delivery, before assembly and installation, to verify that the products are correct and undamaged. If the buyer discovers that the delivered products are incorrect or damaged, this must be reported in writing to BAMBİ, and the products, in undamaged packaging, must be returned within 14 (fourteen) days after delivery. If this is not done, it will be assumed that the products were received by the buyer and/or the person who received the products in good condition and complete.
II – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN PROCESS
The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days after the delivery of the products.
The buyer can notify the exercise of the right of withdrawal by calling the phone number 0 850 808 40 35 and creating a registration.
Delivered products for which the right of withdrawal is exercised will be collected by BAMBİ from the buyer’s delivery address. Products whose packaging has been opened, used, or damaged will not be accepted for return, and in this case, the buyer’s withdrawal request will be rejected.
BAMBİ is obligated to make the refund for the returned products within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the withdrawal notification. Refunds will be made using the payment method used by the buyer. BAMBİ is not responsible in any way for additional costs, deductions, installments, deadlines, or disputes arising from the payment and the processing by the relevant banks or payment institutions.
The refund to the buyer’s bank card/credit card may vary depending on the processes and practices of the bank.
WARRANTY & SUPPORT
Bambi offers a 2-year warranty on your products. If a problem arises with your product within this period, don’t worry, the Bambi warranty is for that.
